Job summary

EAG-LED is seeking energetic Event Staff and Tournament Directors to join our Thomasville team for baseball events. You will help set up and run tournaments, assist players and families, and ensure games stay on schedule while representing the brand in a positive, professional manner.

This role involves outdoor work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, with weekends required. Prior baseball or sports experience is a plus but not mandatory, and training is provided to support you in

As one of the world's largest sports sanctioning organizations, we host baseball events across the country and are continuing to grow. We're seeking motivated team members who are excited to help create a first-class experience for players, coaches, and families while representing our brand in the local community.
