Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in sports marketing, business, journalism, mass communication, or related field.
• Experience in community relations, public service, or the sports industry preferred.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster community-based programs and appearances.
• Hire, train, and schedule Mascot performers and escorts for events.
• Manage budgets and track department expenses.
• Support partnership efforts through cause-related marketing and community tie-ins.
• Coordinate speaking engagements and community tours and events.
