Job summary

The i9 Sports Corporation is seeking a Baseball Coordinator in the Albuquerque area to enhance the player and coach experience. You will build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional components are delivered.

This role involves hands-on involvement with practices and games across all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities include empowering volunteer coaches, enforcing rules for safety and fun, teaching core sportsmanship concepts, and supervising game day

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• At least 2 years of sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.
• Ability to work on weekends and some evenings.
• Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone with internet.

Responsibilities

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Enforce i9 Sports rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all players.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship.
• Set up and break down game/practice field equipment.
• Keep time and score during games and manage age-appropriate instruction.
• Provide positive customer service and oversee operations on game day.
