Job summary

LCI Brand is seeking a Store Operations Manager for the Base Supply Store at Fort Bragg. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient service to senior military and civilian personnel.

The role emphasizes customer service, vendor negotiations, and adherence to security and logistical protocols. Relevant logistics or retail management experience is preferred; forklift exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with two years relevant training.
• Military or civil service background with DOD logistics knowledge preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations or retail management.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the Base Supply Store.
• Customer service, recognition and interface are critical factors.
• Handle ordering, receiving, sales reconciliation, delivery coordination, merchandising, personnel administration, cleanliness.
• Brief visitors and explain the operation of the store to increase business or open new stores.
• Communicate with vendors, the Assistant Manager and other staff.
• Supervise Assistant Manager and up to ten CS personnel and up to three warehouse/delivery personnel.
