Job summary

Envision, Inc. operates a Base Service Store on military bases and seeks a store operations assistant to help the Store Manager in daily duties. You will supervise 2 to 10 employees, assist in staffing, scheduling, and daily sales reconciliation while upholding exceptional customer service and store standards.

The role also involves training staff, promoting merchandising efforts, and coordinating with leadership on promotions and safety policies to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service principles and evaluating customer satisfaction.
• Ability to coordinate administrative activities and prioritize tasks.
• Experience in retail or service operations and managerial skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with staff scheduling to maintain proper coverage.
• Help supervise 2 to 10 employees and oversee daily operations.
• Prepare daily sales accounting and reconciliation.
• Support security of store assets, inventory and cash.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Coordinate training for new employees and promotions with regional teams.
