Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and balance cash and negotiable instruments.
• Balance the change fund and transport cash to the base deposit location for FSS operations.
• Prepare worksheets, statements, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports in various metrics.
• Provide substantive support for the Private Organization program and oversee community private organizations (POs).
• Review and process organizational PO documents.
• Prepare consolidated vehicle reports for Major Command and AF Services Agency.
• Review vehicle requisitions to determine actions for FSS vehicles.
• Coordinate actions with all FSS activities and establish new procedures for fleet management.
