Responsibilities

• Performs receiving and disbursing cashier duties.
• Ensures proper identification before disbursement.
• Collects cash receipts, checks, credit card receipts, and other docs.
• Prepares and issues change from funds as required.
• Prepares bank deposits and ensures daily deposit timing.
• Balances cash by posting funds to the activity's safe.
• Prepares cash reports and notifies supervisor of irregularities.
• Cashes checks and processes dues/charges to accounts.
• Accounts for charge cards and sales slips in the daily cashier's report.
• Accepts and processes new membership applications.
