Job summary

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, document activities in CMMS, supervise external contractors, and maintain records with attention to detail. Full-time, daytime shift with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of facilities and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Utilize CMMS to track work orders and document completed tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries from staff and tenants.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and materials used.
• Supervise external contractors for repairs or projects.
• Interpret schematics and manuals to guide maintenance.
