Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED within 6 months of hire.
• 3+ years of experience in repair/maintenance of commercial buildings.
• Skilled in at least 2 areas: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, or general maintenance.
• Fluent in English; able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Valid driver's license; pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical systems, lighting fixtures, ballasts, and circuits.
• Repair, replace, and maintain 115V outlets and circuits.
• Operate and test electronic systems (fire alarm, security, timers).
• Perform plumbing repairs including toilets, drains, valves, and fittings.
• Carpentry tasks: furniture, wall patching, tile, roofing repairs; flooring repairs.
• HVAC: operate, adjust, lubricate, and assist in repairs; change filters.
• General maintenance: safety, housekeeping, on-call emergency response, and logs.
