Carrier’s Automated Logic division in Kennesaw, GA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site project plans and budgets for large BAS/HVAC installations.

You’ll own projects end-to-end, developing schedules, coordinating engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring on-time delivery with strong client satisfaction. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of Building Automation and Controls or HVAC experience.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Manage a large, dispersed portfolio of multiple projects with backlog from $1m-$10m with Strategic Account Customers.
• Coordinate project teams including Subcontractors and Project Engineers to meet contractual requirements.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on-time with high customer satisfaction.
• Own project financials: planning, billing, revenue forecasting and cost estimation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and field team members.
• Provide progress reports and resolve design/system related problems with data-driven analyses.
