Job summary

Carrier’s Automated Logic division in Kennesaw, GA seeks a Project Manager to lead on-site project planning and budgeting for large BAS deployments. You’ll develop plans, manage schedules, and work with engineers and subcontractors to meet performance goals.

You’ll own projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget, and maintaining strong client relationships. Travel up to 50% may be required; PMP certification and HVAC/engineering background are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years in Building Automation or HVAC.
• 1+ year experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clean and valid driver's license; ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large, dispersed portfolio of projects with $1m-$10m backlog for strategic accounts.
• Ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction from development to completion.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with engineers, PMs, and subcontractors.
• Manage project financials including planning, billing, revenue forecasting and costs.
• Communicate progress and risks with customers and field teams.
