Qualifications

• Experience managing Submittal, RFI, and Change Order processes.

• Ability to manage 20+ active projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create digital project folders and organize project documents.
• Issue Purchase Orders based on engineering takeoff.
• Draft formal Requests for Information.
• Maintain Change Order Log for active projects.
• Collect red-lined drawings and compile O&M manuals.
