Job summary

Control Solutions Group, Inc. is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Utah team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in the construction industry, managing project lifecycles and ensuring seamless coordination between teams. Responsibilities include overseeing project setups, managing submittals, RFIs, and Change Orders, while maintaining clear communication across departments. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $20.00 to $35.00 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverages.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the Submittal, RFI, and Change Order processes.
• Basic understanding of construction accounting, specifically AIA Progress Billings.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and floor plans.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize digital project folders for easy access to documents.
• Track shipping dates and manage inventory for ongoing projects.
• Draft RFIs and maintain communication with General Contractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation for Change Orders and project closeout.
