Job summary

Spring Branch ISD seeks a Building Automation System (BAS) Operator to monitor the district’s BAS, adjust controls, and ensure comfortable, energy-efficient environments. You will dispatch technicians and create work orders for issues found.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Texas driver license, and familiarity with BAS software. Strong communication, ability to read schematics, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain functionality of district’s BAS systems.
• Maintain building environments to an acceptable level.
• Identify building automation systems problems and submit work orders.
• Address customer service phone calls from all SBISD levels.
• Dispatch HVAC and BAS technicians to emergency calls.
• Overtime and flexible schedule as needed.
