Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in mechanical contracting or related field.
• Experience with HVAC controls and BAS.
• Knowledge of DDC/BACnet and building management systems.

Operations Manager - HVAC Controls - BAS

An excellent Mechanical Contractor/ Energy Management firm is actively seeking a Operations Manager. An established organization with a strong reputation for high quality work and providing employees with challenging/exciting projects.

Responsibilities

• This person will be working on various projects concerning installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, programming, designing for all of the company’s Building Automation/ Building Management System projects.
• Experience with HVAC Controls, and Building Management Systems
• Experience with Direct Digital Controls, AutoCAD, and Visio
• Experience with project development, and execution
• Ability to work/interact with field personnel, contractors and customers
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• Honeywell AX Certification is encouraged
• Qualified individuals will have at least 10+ in the Mechanical Contracting or related field
• Salary is commensurate with years of experience
