Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation and maintenance of BAS.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Extensive knowledge of BAS components and operation.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS installers in installation and maintenance of BAS.
• Plan and organize daily tasks; assign duties; ensure timeliness.
• Train and mentor new team members on installation techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers for on-time project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Keep accurate records of work, materials, and time.
• Communicate project progress and any client concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly maintain tools.
