Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in installation and maintenance of BAS.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS installers in installation and maintenance of BAS.
• Plan and organize daily tasks for the team, assign duties, ensure on-time completion.
• Train and mentor new team members in installation techniques and procedures.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation.
• Keep records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
