Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS installers in installations and maintenance.
• Plan and organize daily tasks for the team and assign duties.
• Train and mentor new team members in installation techniques.
• Ensure work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and time spent.
• Communicate with clients to provide progress updates and address questions.
