Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS installers in installation and maintenance of BAS.
• Plan and organize daily tasks for the team and assign duties.
• Train and mentor new team members in installation techniques.
• Ensure work meets safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers for timely completion of projects.
