Qualifications
- Entry-level opportunity suitable for someone beginning a career in electrical/building automation.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of BAS controls, panels, and devices.
- Help run conduit, pull wire, and organize materials on job sites.
- Support lead installers and technicians with daily tasks.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials.
- Learn BAS systems, electrical practices, and installation techniques.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
