Qualifications
- Meets SWECS minimum eligibility requirements for a new hire.
- Has access to reliable transportation.
- Able to work in construction environments (indoors/outdoors, ladders, lifts, etc.).
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of BAS controls, panels, and devices.
- Help run conduit, pull wire, and organize materials on job sites.
- Support lead installers and technicians with daily tasks.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines at all times.
