Job summary

Jobot is seeking a BAS/EPMS Project Manager to lead large data center projects in Frederick, MD from design through commissioning. The role involves budget ownership, cost control, forecasting, SOV/billing, change orders, procurement, and subcontractor management.

• BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience within the BAS/EPMS/HVAC Controls industry or related industry.
• Knowledge of BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and automation within construction projects.
• Data center or other mission-critical construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of large data center BAS and EPMS projects from design through commissioning and turnover.
• Own budgets, cost control and forecasting, SOV and billing, change orders, procurement and subcontractor management.
• Be the main point of contact for the GC, end user, commissioning agents and design partners.

Education

BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience

5+ years of project management experience

Job Details
