Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years experience as a Technician preferred.
• HVAC or Electrical Apprenticeship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain positive customer relationships with all existing customers and potential new customers.
• Maintain an adequate supply of service invoices and organize documentation for service work.
• Attend promptly to service calls and complete documentation of service invoices per policy.
• Maintain service vehicles in good condition and report major repairs as needed.
• Be available for scheduled on-call status and after-hours calls.
