Job summary

Certified Control Systems seeks a BAS Controls Service Technician to commission and maintain customer systems using pneumatic, electrical, and HVAC controls. You will perform testing, programming, commissioning, and servicing of BAS systems while fostering positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of technician experience preferred.
• HVAC or Electrical Apprenticeship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain positive customer relationships with all customers.
• Maintain a standard inventory of parts and tools on the vehicle.
• Attend promptly to service calls dispatched through Service Administrators.
• Complete service call documentation on invoices as per policy.
• Maintain accurate time records for customer jobs and non-billable time.
