Job summary

Certified Control Systems seeks a BAS Controls Service Technician to be responsible for commissioning and maintaining customer systems that use pneumatic, electrical, and HVAC controls. The Technician will perform testing, programming, commissioning, and servicing of BAS systems and maintain positive customer relationships.

This role requires good communication, mechanical aptitude, and physical work including climbing, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of technician experience desired.
• HVAC or Electrical Apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Commission and maintain customer BAS systems using pneumatic, electrical, and HVAC controls.
• Test, program, commission, and service BAS systems and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Attend promptly to service calls and document the service on a Service Invoice.
• Maintain time records and paperwork, and assist office personnel as needed.
• Be available for scheduled on-call status and after-hours calls.
