Job summary

EMCOR Services Integrated Solutions is seeking a BAS Controls Technician to commission and maintain customer systems using pneumatic, electrical, and electronic technology. You will update As-Built drawings, program and test systems, and uphold strong customer relationships on site.

The role demands meticulous documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with controls managers and field staff. A background in HVAC automation and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with electrical control systems.
• Experience with chillers, air handlers, VAV, boilers.
• Familiarity with automated logic and building controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning and re-commissioning of control systems.
• Maintain As-Built drawings and update Visio/Excel/Word as required.
• Calibrate systems using basic test equipment and troubleshoot faults.
• Lead end-to-end testing, programming, and commissioning on assigned projects.
• Serve as primary customer contact to ensure satisfaction and manage on-site installations.
• Coordinate with project managers and customers to understand requirements and scope.
• Maintain safety standards and document project progress daily.
• Assist with turnover to service teams and ensure proper documentation.
