Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. seeks a DDC/BAS Controls Technician I for New Construction in Littleton, CO. You will troubleshoot and program temperature control systems per project specs, install, and handle warranty and emergency procedures.

Position involves calibrating and commissioning systems, creating control graphics, and training customer staff on operation and energy routines. Strong knowledge of HVAC/control systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Program databases for all supported systems to meet sequences of operation.
• Calibrate and check-out control systems and ensure commissioning requirements are met.
• Create control graphics for projects and deliver GUI labor and expertise per LONG standards.
• Instruct customer personnel on operation and maintenance of temperature control systems.
• Provide updates to drawings and maintain as-built documentation with redlines.
• Identify additional service opportunities and assist in service contract sales during commissioning and owner training.
• Other duties as assigned.
