Qualifications

• Associate degree from a tech school with 5+ years' DDC/BAS control experience and 5+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with commercial HVAC control systems, installation, and construction.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, LON and complex control diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians and drive service agreement execution.
• Ensure quality, profitability, and timeliness of controls service.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to field personnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead and mentor teams to optimize SoO changes and fault resolution.
