Qualifications

• This role requires 2+ years of BAS or Controls Technician experience.
• Experience in commissioning, controls programming, and graphics development.
• Familiarity with Tridium-based systems and Automated Logic controls.
• Willingness to travel to remote Alaska job sites (flights provided).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Program, update, and rewrite sequences for energy management platforms.
• Perform commissioning, functional testing, and point-to-point verification.
• Install, terminate, and test BAS wiring and related field devices.
• Work with graphical front-end systems such as Tridium or Automated Logic.
• Assist with parts ordering and support field installation crews.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients during site visits.
• Deliver reliable technical support and maintain clear communication with end users.
