Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking a DDC/BAS Service Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in Littleton, CO. The role coordinates service delivery, manages agreement hours, and acts as the technical advisor bridging customers, the office, and field personnel.

The qualified candidate will supervise techs, train staff, ensure quality of service, and support customers with energy-efficient building controls solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in DDC/BAS control system construction or service.
• Strong customer-facing experience and ability to lead teams.
• Experience with commercial HVAC controls and sequence of operations.
• Ability to read control diagrams, wiring diagrams, and specs.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and LON communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise service technicians and drive on-time, quality service.
• Coordinate service delivery with dispatch and management of hours.
• Lead technical training and development of the team.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
