Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. is seeking a BAS/Controls Technician & Programmer in Owings Mills, MD to advance cutting-edge control systems for smart building projects.

You will collaborate with designers and engineers to develop commissioning plans and ensure flawless installation and operation of BAS hardware and software. The role requires 3–5 years in HVAC and DDC systems, with strong BAS knowledge and programming skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HVAC or DDC systems
• Deep understanding of BAS control components and control strategies
• Programming experience is required or strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan & Prepare commissioning plans with designers and engineers
• Inspect & Verify pre-installation components
• Test & Troubleshoot control systems to ensure operation
• Integrate control components with HVAC systems for optimized performance
• Document commissioning steps and train operators
• Program custom control strategies and software
• Troubleshoot & Resolve issues to maintain operation
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers
