MOHR Talent is seeking an experienced Building Automation / HVAC Controls professional to lead programming, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BAS/BMS in commercial HVAC environments. The role emphasizes hands‑on work beyond installation, with exposure to major platforms like Niagara, Metasys, and Siemens.

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot BAS controllers, sensors, actuators, and networks, performing system startups, testing, and commissioning while ensuring energy

Formación

• Hands-on BAS/BMS programming and setup experience.
• Not limited to traditional HVAC service or wiring; must have BAS project experience.
• Experience with one or more BAS platforms (Niagara, Metasys, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting, commissioning, and startup skills.

Responsabilidades

• Program, configure, modify, and troubleshoot BAS/BMS.
• Set up and commission BAS controllers, sensors, actuators, and related devices.
• Modify control logic, sequences, setpoints, and alarms.
• Perform startup, testing, and commissioning of systems.
• Calibrate sensors and fine‑tune control loops for energy efficiency.
• Diagnose problems in BAS hardware and networks.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders on site.
