Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BAS Controls Engineer to support Siemens-based building automation across 10-12 hospital facilities in the Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas region. You’ll help maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize complex systems to ensure reliability and energy efficiency.

The role requires 4–5 years in Building Automation Systems, proficiency with Siemens BAS, and the ability to travel regionally. A valid driver's license and willingness to commute are essential as a company van is provided.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of progressive experience in Building Automation Systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Siemens BAS systems.
• Strong technical aptitude for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to travel regularly within the Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas region.

Responsibilities

• Support BAS programs across electrical, mechanical, life, and safety systems for energy optimization.
• Travel to 10–12 hospital sites in the Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas region with a provided company van.
• Collaborate with onsite BAS Engineers and facility teams to align system operations with client design capabilities and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on BAS equipment and related systems.
• Conduct energy consumption audits and identify efficiency improvements.
