HTS Engineering Ltd. seeks a Building Automation Specialist to support complex BAS projects across the Houston area. This hands-on role focuses on commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing building automation systems to ensure peak performance, energy efficiency, and reliability.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Building Automation/Controls experience.
• Strong experience with Siemens BAS (Desigo CC, Apogee, DXR) or JCI Metasys and/or Niagara platforms.
• Solid understanding of BACnet/IP, system integration, and BAS networks.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot controls logic, communication issues, and field devices.
• Experience supporting commissioning, startup, and project delivery.

We’re looking for a Building Automation Specialist to support complex BAS projects across the Houston area. This is a hands-on role focused on commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing building automation systems to ensure peak performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability. While Siemens platforms are a core focus, we’re open to candidates with strong experience in Johnson Controls Metasys and/or Niagara Framework environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
