You will lead startup activities, ensure rigorous system checkouts, and provide customer training to empower long-term operation.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and adherence to project milestones, with a compensation range of $60,000–$90,000 and benefits including health coverage and 401(k)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience or specialized technical training.
• Proven leadership and strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing temperature control systems for BAS projects.
• Plan and schedule project milestones and logistics with team.
• Develop and maintain project documentation from start to finish.
• Lead start-up phases and oversee system checkout and turnover to client.
• Provide customer training to ensure customers can manage systems independently.
• Uphold Setpoint safety standards and lead safety awareness on sites.
