Job summary
Capstone Mechanical, LP., based in Buford, GA, is seeking a Senior Control System Technician to design, program, start up, troubleshoot, and service Building Automation Systems for commercial HVAC projects. You will work under the Controls Department Manager and Project Manager, delivering high-quality work and maintaining open communication with customers.
The role requires strong technical leadership, experience with BAS commissioning, and the ability to train and guide junior technicians.
Qualifications
- High School diploma and a two-year technical training certificate.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex BAS issues or components.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of BAS; coordinate with engineering and site conditions.
Responsibilities
- Program, start-up, troubleshoot, commission and service BAS for commercial HVAC.
- Download programs to controllers and tune control loops.
- Coordinate and document customer training and site progress.
- Complete project punch lists and assist with estimates.
- Build relationships with customers and contractors.
