aWLCo's TolHouse is seeking a Bartending Server to join our private social club and help deliver thoughtful hospitality across lounges, events, and Member experiences.

This part-time role blends technical bartending with strong hospitality and guest engagement. You will craft cocktails, maintain bar cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during evenings, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum bartending experience in upscale or high-volume settings.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and a desire to grow in the craft.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and poised in fast-moving environments.
• POS and bar-side service experience.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional private events.

Job description

As a Bartending Server at TolHouse, you help set the tone for the entire House. Our bar team is responsible for delivering thoughtful hospitality across our lounges, events, and Member experiences. Behind the bar, you'll craft cocktails and mocktails, maintain a polished and organized service environment, and create moments of genuine connection with Members and guests.

TolHouse is a private social club built around community, creativity, and conversation. Our bar spaces, including Bar One, Vibrant Lounge, and event environments throughout the House, host everything from casual Member gatherings to curated programming and special events. Bartending Servers play an essential role in maintaining the elevated yet welcoming atmosphere our Members expect.

This role blends technical bartending skill with strong hospitality instincts. We're looking for professionals who are comfortable in fast-paced environments, take pride in presentation and service standards, and enjoy engaging with a thoughtful and diverse community of Members.

We're seeking individuals with solid foundational bartending experience who are available for 1-3 shifts per week, including evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.
