Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking enthusiastic staff to join our seasonal team at 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209. This on-site role offers on-mountain housing options and a starting pay of $5 per hour plus tips, with seasonal employment spanning the winter season and opportunities to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of work at a full service bar.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes and portion control standards.
• Serve beverages to guests and check IDs to comply with laws and regulations.
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
• Stock and maintain the bar with necessary supplies, including beverages, paper products, and glassware.
• Manage and store perishable items to ensure product quality.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests.
• Perform mental math for accurate billing.
