Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking seasonal staff to join the on-mountain team at Snowshoe Mountain. Start dates end of November to early December, with positions open throughout the season. On-mountain housing may be available, and employees receive ski privileges and various discounts.

Expect shifts early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The roles focus on hospitality and guest service, with opportunities to join a diverse team and enjoy working in a premier mountain resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing dishes and refilling beverages
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and stock side stations
• Support waitstaff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
