Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is hiring for seasonal bar staff to prepare drinks, serve guests, and manage POS transactions at various slope-side venues. This role offers flexible hours, potential gratuities, and on-mountain housing for rent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred experience: 1-2 years at a full service bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and garnish drinks according to recipes and portion control standards.
• Serve beverages to guests and check IDs to comply with laws and regulations.
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and vouchers.
• Stock and maintain the bar with necessary supplies, including beverages, paper products, and glassware.
• Manage and store perishable items to ensure product quality.
• Respond professionally to inebriated guests.
• Perform mental math for accurate billing.
