Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group seeks a skilled Bartender to deliver fast, friendly service in a busy bar. You will craft cocktails, pour beer and wine, take orders, and engage guests to drive a great experience. Training and mentorship are available to help you grow within the organization.

The role requires knowledge of beverages, strong customer service, multitasking, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a lively, smoky environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be able to wear a costumed uniform.
• Must be able to work in a smoky environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Stand, walk, and work in a high-volume environment for extended periods.
• Lift and carry moderate to heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.

• Exposure to a smoky environment.
