Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Bartender/Server at Sleeping Lady Resort in Leavenworth, WA. The role combines bartending, serving, and setup duties across a large resort setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will enter orders into the POS, coordinate service timing with the culinary team, and maintain a clean, organized workspace while ensuring food and beverage quality and temperature.

Qualifications

• Prior bartending and serving experience required.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Willing to work long hours, irregular shifts, weekends and holidays.
• State Food Handler's License and Liquor Serving Permit required.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
• Enter orders into the POS and communicate requests to the kitchen.
• Coordinate course timing with dining pace.
• Ensure presentation and proper temperature of items.
• Keep the dining area clean and organized.
• Assist in hosting, bussing, cleaning and dishwashing.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Handle guest payments and cash handling.
• Adhere to safety and loss prevention policies.
