Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year guest service experience.
• 6 months bartending experience or completion of accredited bartending school.
• Internal fast-track program completion accepted.

Responsibilities

• Formulate beverages according to recipes; Ring up transactions and cash handling policies.
• Maintain pars and keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Provide superior guest service and upsell drink specials.
• Apply MAST training to prevent alcohol-related concerns and overservice.
• Set up and close stations according to procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
