• Uses approved suggestive selling techniques to upsell to premium products
• Maintains knowledge of bar inventory and wine selection to respond properly to customer questions
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures
• Understands and follows all state laws and guidelines for beverage service
• Ensures that all beverages are served according to specifications
• Stocks and orders all supplies and glassware
• Displays beverage selection in an attractive manner
• Demonstrates the ability to resolve simple customer complaints
