Responsibilities

• Approaches customers promptly suggesting a cocktail/wine or non-alcoholic beverages and recommending promotional items.
• Uses approved suggestive selling techniques to upsell to premium products.
• Maintains knowledge of bar inventory and wine selection to respond properly to customer questions.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures.
• Understands and follows all state laws and guidelines for beverage service.
• Ensures that all beverages are served according to specifications.
• Stocks and orders all supplies and glassware.
• Displays beverage selection in an attractive manner.
• Demonstrates the ability to resolve simple customer complaints.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
