We are seeking a high-energy bartender to serve exciting cocktails and create memorable experiences for our patrons. Responsibilities include preparing beverages, answering menu questions, engaging with customers, upselling items, utilizing ingredients and equipment to craft recipes, and maintaining cleanliness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol
• Positive and engaging personality
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic cocktail recipes and techniques
• Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

• Greeting customers and determining their beverage and food preferences
• Mixing ingredients according to company recipes
• Checking IDs to ensure legal drinking age
• Following all food and safety regulations
• Handling cash and credit transactions
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Addressing customer complaints professionally
• Performing duties according to performance standards
• Reporting 100% of tips for each shift
