Job Description

The Omni William Penn Hotel, a historic landmark, is hiring a Bartender for its Restaurant Outlets. Join the #1 hotel in Pittsburgh and become part of our esteemed team!

Responsibilities

• Properly set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar during shifts.
• Greet guests, take orders, prepare and serve drinks, and check back for satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uniform at all times.
• Clean bar areas during and after shifts.
• Manage glassware par levels, inventory, and assist management as needed.
• Operate equipment, stand, bend, lift, and walk continuously during shifts.
• Spend most of the shift bartending, with some serving duties required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• RAMP (safe alcohol service) certification upon hire.
• ServSafe Food Handlers certification upon hire.

Wages and Benefits

Union wages start at $9.81 + tips for the first 3 months, $10.36 + tips after 3 months, and $10.90 + tips after 6 months.
