Location:

+ We are hiring immediately for full time and part time BARTENDER positions.

Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to liquor laws regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up bars, stock all necessary supplies.
• Maintain and prepare garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and process drink orders, mix and garnish drinks.
• Verify guest IDs.
• Detect guest intoxication and act accordingly.
• Handle cash and record charges accurately.
• Secure all beverage and cash assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
