• Perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of the proper steps of service.
• Offer polite, professional, and courteous customer service.

• Mix ingredients and prepare cocktails and other drinks according to drink recipes.
• Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or guests.
• Complete all side work as assigned.
• Be well-versed in products to guide the guest experience and sell food and beverage items.
• Check guests' identification to ensure minimum age requirements.
• Present and promote current promotions to guests.
• Record and secure payment for all items ordered.
• Account for all sales, receipts, and tips according to company policies.

• Alcohol awareness certification and relevant permits or health cards.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
