Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our food and beverage team as Seasonal Hotel Food and Beverage Servers. You will ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by providing exceptional service during peak season. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  3. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
  6. Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  7. Maintain cleanliness in dining, storage, bar, and kitchen areas.
  8. Upsell menu items when appropriate.
  9. Process payments and handle cash transactions.
  10. Assist with setting up and breaking down dining and bar areas.
  11. Have extensive bourbon knowledge and a working knowledge of all menus.
  12. Adhere to liquor laws and monitor guest alcohol intake.
  13. Serve drinks properly and timely.
  14. Maintain cleanliness and perform side duties as assigned.
  15. Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Qualifications
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays.
  • Alcohol training certification (STAR) and ServSafe Food Handler certification.
  • Must be 19 or older and fluent in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Previous hotel or restaurant bartender experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
